For basic alterations 1-2 weeks notice is usually needed. Bridal and prom usually 4-6 weeks notice is needed depending on how busy I am. its always best to check before coming in.
Over the past few years I have offered a discreet service for women who have had a full, partial mastectomy or reconstructive surgery. I can adapt your bras, tops and swimwear so they can contain a breast prosthesis. Why buy a mastectomy bra, they can be expensive and not very attractive when you can adapt the ones you already have.
